Welcome to FEEL GOOD DANCE CLUB 🪩👯‍♀️We’re on a mission to bring the joy of dancing back into our adult lives! Our classes are a judgement free space for you to move, sweat and smile ☺️Beginner friendly ~ whether you’ve danced before or not, we can’t wait to move with you 🫶🏽⚡️ FEEL GOOD DANCE CARDIO:→ warm up→ to-the-beat strength & conditioning→ follow-along dance cardio→ final routine→ cool down stretchAccessible ticketing 🌸We want Feel Good Dance Club to be open to everyone. If you’re on a low income or going through a tough time financially, you’re welcome to book a supported space - no questions asked. If you can pay the standard price, thank you for helping keep these spaces available for those who need them.Taking Part:Classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels. Please work at your own pace and listen to your body. If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have anything that may affect your ability to exercise safely, please let the instructor know before the class.Cancellations:You can cancel your tickets via Fienta up until 48 hours prior to the class start time.
