Choose yourself.Looking for permission to stop, with no one asking anything of you?Join Reiki Masters Ari and Jill for an afternoon of deep rest and relaxation.Life can be busy, noisy and full of demands. These sessions are a great space to step away from all of that and dedicate a couple of hours entirely to yourself, to slow down, switch off and simply receive.We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by a group Reiki session where everyone receives individual hands on Reiki while resting comfortably in a calm and peaceful environment. You don't need any experience with meditation or Reiki. Simply get comfortable, relax and enjoy the experience.Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply rested, while others simply appreciate having uninterrupted time to be still and looked after. Afterwards, you're very welcome to stay for a chat and connect with others, or quietly head home feeling restored, whatever feels right for you.Choose the ticket that's right for you.
